Thank you for your request to verify your status as a school counselor or college advisor to submit a nomination for the Levine Scholars Program at UNC Charlotte!

All counselors and college advisors in our system will automatically receive an email with the link to the nomination form on Aug. 15. If you have not received that message, please complete the following information to access the nomination form.

Once you submit this form, LSP staff will verify your information, and the nomination form will be emailed to you within two business days. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

The nomination period is Aug. 15 through Oct. 15. If you submit this form outside of the dates referenced, completing this form will ensure that you are a verified counselor in our database for the upcoming nomination cycle.  

Candidates for the Levine Scholars Program must be:

• Current high school seniors applying to UNC Charlotte in a baccalaureate program for the fall term immediately following their high school graduation (no gap year).
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
• Students must hold an academic record that reflects a sustained passion for knowledge, demonstrate a commitment to community service and possess a capacity for ethical leadership that elevates fellow students to a higher standard.
